Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ashray The Restaurant, we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional food quality
and service. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders once confirmed and accepted by the restaurant cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate orders, payment failures, or technical errors.
- Any cancellation request must be made within 15 minutes of placing the order by contacting our restaurant directly.
- Approval of cancellation requests shall be at the sole discretion of the management.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- An incorrect order was delivered.
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
- The food received was damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption.
- A payment was deducted successfully, but the order was not confirmed due to a technical issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste or preference.
- Delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, public events, or other unforeseen situations.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Failure of the customer to receive the order at the specified delivery location.
- Partially consumed food items.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order.

- Order Number
- Customer Name and Contact Details
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the food item(s), if applicable
Our team will review the request and may contact you for additional information before processing the claim.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
- The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
- Ashray The Restaurant reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after investigation.
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited only through the original mode of payment used for the transaction.
No cash refunds will be issued.
In cases of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed through bank transfer after verification.
